Yes. Tailored Weft is available as a standard 44-inch Full Weft, a standard 22-inch Half Weft, or in custom widths from 5.5 to 13 inches in half-inch increments.

Standard 44-inch Full Wefts and 22-inch Half Wefts are returnable when they meet our return-policy requirements. Only custom-width Tailored Weft orders are final sale.

No. Canvas Hair should not be bleached or lifted lighter. Lightening can compromise the condition and longevity of extension hair. Canvas is intended to be toned or colored darker from its existing light base.

Yes. Canvas Hair is made from exceptionally healthy, high-quality raw material and can react to color faster than a client’s natural hair. The same formula and processing time may therefore produce a different result. Every Canvas Tailored Tape-In package includes a separate test strand specifically for color testing. For Canvas Tailored Weft or Canvas Tailored Keratin Tip, take a small, discreet sample from the package. Test the planned formula and timing before coloring the full set; skipping this step can lead to overprocessing or irreversible damage.

Yes. Extensionology ships internationally through FedEx. Available services, rates, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order has shipped. Tracking updates and the estimated delivery date are provided by the carrier.

If tracking shows a delay beyond the estimated delivery date, contact Extensionology customer service with your order number. We will review the shipment status and work with the carrier when additional information or a trace is needed.

Contact Extensionology customer service promptly if a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged. Include your order number and, for damage, retain the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. We will help initiate the appropriate carrier claim and confirm the available resolution after the review is completed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and other days observed by the carrier. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Unopened and unused hair extensions may be returned within 60 days of purchase when they remain unaltered, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Final-sale and custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Submit the Return / Exchange Request form with your order number, the condition of the products, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the items back.

After a return is received, allow a few business days for inspection and processing. A confirmation email is sent when the reimbursement has been issued. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

No. Hair extensions that have been worn, installed, opened from their security packaging, colored, cut, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Standard 22-inch Half Wefts and 44-inch Full Wefts may be returned within 60 days when they are unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom-width Tailored Wefts are made to order and are final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, the return is still subject to the eligibility requirements of the return policy.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking information until the return has been received and processed.

If a package is returned to Extensionology because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or another carrier-related reason, we will contact you about the next step. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is sent again.
